Hi, I’m Anneshia Freeman

I'm the creator of a copyrighted, trademarked, award-winning, cognitive restructuring and resocialization program entitled, The Lies That Bind®. The program is based on the work of several experts in the fields of neuroscience and psychology as well as the results of a 15-year participant/observation, exploratory, ethnographic research project of several inner-city subcultures. I provided my program to Drug Court and Sobriety Court clients from December 2003 – February of 2015. The Lies That Bind® continued to be utilized by 61st District Court programs facilitated by a counselor trained and certified to use the model until he retired in 2020. I also developed an adolescent version of my program that has been utilized by organizations in Michigan and Ohio. I am a highly rated motivational speaker and trainer. My trainings expose, and challenges, dysfunctional, unconscious beliefs that impact people in their personal lives and their professional lives. I'm a published author and in 2012 established my own consulting firm known as, “Anneshia Freeman and Associates Consulting Services, LLC.”
